HACKENSACK, N.J. – FDU has announced the hiring of
Riley Kirsch as the Director of Sales and Services. Kirsch is the first Peak Sports MGMT consultant to be hired since FDU initially partnered with Peak Sports to oversee multimedia rights on April 9, 2024.
"We are excited to welcome Riley to the FDU community," said FDU Senior Associate Athletic Director/Chief Operating Officer Jason Young. "This historic agreement with Peak Sports will allow us more resources for our student-athletes and we are thrilled Riley will take the first step with us."
Kirsch most recently served as the General Manager of Restore Hyper Wellness in Rockville, Md. In this role, Kirsch implanted sales strategies that resulted in the acquisition of over 100 new members. He also managed day-to-day operations for business partnerships, marketing, sales, and staff management.
Before his time at Restore Hyper Wellness, Kirsch spent 2018-2022 as a Regional Sales Manager for the Washington Wizards. During his tenure with the Wizards, he generated approximately $1,400,00 in ticket sales in 2022 and secured over $600,000 of new business revenue from B2B sales.
Kirsch began his professional career at Lattus Inc. located in Washington, D.C. As the Director of Sales and Customer Success, Kirsch spearheaded sales and customer success efforts and achieved significant growth in expanding the number of users and groups for the platform.
Kirsch attained a MBA from George Washington in 2018 and graduated with a Bachelor of Arts in Sociology from Catholic in 2016.
In his role at FDU, Kirsch will manage and sell all sponsorship inventory for FDU Athletics, including venue signage, program advertising, digital and web content, game sponsorships and special events, along with several other opportunities.

FDU is home to 21 NCAA Division I teams. A member of the Northeast Conference, the Knights have had tremendous success in the classroom, in athletic competition as well as giving back to the Bergen County community. FDU became the first school in Northeast Conference (NEC) history to win championships in women's volleyball, women's soccer, and men's soccer in the same season (2022). In 2023, the Burgundy and Blue also became the first NEC school to win two games as a 16-seed in the NCAA Men's Basketball Championship, including an upset over top-seeded Purdue. As a result of its incredible 2022-23 season, FDU placed 92nd in the Learfield Director's Cup, the first NEC program to finish in the Top 100. In 2024, Salif Mane became the first individual national champion in FDU history after capturing the Triple jump title at the 2024 NCAA Track and Field Outdoor Championships. Since 2019, FDU has won 15 conference titles across men's soccer, men's tennis, men's basketball, women's basketball, women's indoor track & field, women's bowling, women's golf, and women's volleyball. Off the field, FDU student-athletes were recognized for their efforts in the community by winning the NEC Building Communities Award in both 2020 and 2024. In addition to recent championships, FDU holds five additional national championships, three in sport of women's fencing and two in women's bowling.
