PHILADELPHIA, PA – Women's tennis continued their busy schedule with a morning matchup at Temple earlier today. It was a tough day for the Knights, who fell to the Owl's 1-6 with only one singles win. Junior
Namie Isago took the sole victory for the burgundy and blue, defeating Samantha Nanere 7-6 (7-2), 6-2. That marks win number 14 for the Brazil native who currently sits at eighth in the NEC for overall wins.
The Knights return to action as they head to New York tomorrow for a 12 p.m. matchup against Queens College, taking place at the Queens College Indoor Tennis Center.
