FLUSHING, N.Y. – Women's Tennis wrapped up a busy week of action with a midday match at Queens earlier today. It was a successful day for the Knights, who took a 6-1 victory over Queens, only losing one point to a singles match. Doubles duos Alena Kubanova/Namie Isago and Gauri Bhagia/Katsiaryna Kostsina won the doubles point for the burgundy and blue, both defeating the Queens opponents with a score of 6-3. On the singles side, junior Namie Isago took the only loss, narrowly falling to Apolline Lamy 6-3, 5-7, 0-1 (6-10).
 
The Knights will return to action on March 10, when they head to Orlando, Florida for four days of action against Hillsborough Community College, Hampton, Morgan State and Lewis.
