HACKENSACK, N.J. - FDU Men's Basketball (1-1) opened the home slate of the 2024-2025 season with a 112-72 win over Purchase College (0-0). Sophomore guard Terrence Brown led the Knights in scoring with 24 points. 

With 16 minutes remaining the Knights went on a 8-0 run to give them a lead and never looked back. FDU hit 19 threes, four of which came from Brown, while Jo'el Emanuel, Dylan Jones, and Jameel Morris each had three apiece.

Midway through the first half, FDU locked in defensively and held Purchase to just nine points over a six-minute stretch, extending the lead to 23.

WHAT'S NEXT:
FDU hits the road for two games in the state of Nebraska. On Sunday, November 10, the Knights visit the CHI Health Center to face Creighton. The game will be televised on FS1.
