QUEENS, N.Y. - On the indoor courts at the storied USTA National Tennis Center in Flushing Meadows Corona Park, the FDU women's tennis team opened their slate of spring dual matches with a battle against the cross-river foe St. John's Red Storm Friday. Winning all but one singles bout, the Johnnies emerged victorious with their third dual victory of the spring and handed the Knights their first loss of the year.

Namie Isago's match at the sixth singles position was the only to go three sets.
