Staten Island, N.Y. - The FDU Men's Track and Field team took part in the Fasttrack National Invitational at the Ocean Breeze complex today (2/10).
Yahnik Martin competed in the 1-mile race and set a new personal record while doing so. Yahnik secured a time of 4:48.20 which is a full 7 seconds faster than his previous best of 4:55.45.
Dajea Semelfort participated in the shot put competition and recorded a throw of 11.05 meters.
The Knights will compete in the Northeast Conference Championships on Sunday (2/19) and Monday (2/20) as they look to secure an NEC indoor title.
