HACKENSACK, N.J. - The Knights (1-6) swept D'Youville (4-4) at Stratis Arena in FDU men's volleyball first-ever program win in their inaugural season.

Set One
-The Knights established a 9-7 lead with six kills early in set one.
-FDU forced a D'Youville timeout with a pair of kills by Jael Deveaux.
-Out of the timeout, the Saints took off on a 6-2 run to tie the set.
-A final kill by Deveaux and a D'Youville attack error ended the set in FDU's favor, 25-23.
-Deveaux led the set with five kills on a .571 clip as the Knights recorded 15 kills and three blocks as a team.
Set Two
-The Saints came out hot on a 9-2 run.
-Rui Fernandes posted a crucial block following an FDU timeout, sending the Knights on a 10-2 stretch to take the lead.
-Jack Lydon dished out a final pair of kills to take the second set, 25-23.
-Lydon recorded five kills in the set, followed by Artem Vetrov with four.
Set Three
-Vetrov logged a pair of kills early in set one as the teams traded points to 20.
-The Knights deposited 11 kills as a team off assists by Jose Angarita. The setter tallied three kills in the set to add to the FDU cause.
-A series of D'Youville errors and a kill by Vetrov broke open an FDU lead in the final moments of the game.
-The Knights finished off the Saints, 25-22, in the program's first ever win in their inaugural season.
