HACKENSACK, N.J. -  The Knights (7-3, 0-0) faced off against Big East opponent Georgetown (6-3. 0-0). The Hoyas offense was too much for the Knights to handle, they shot 50% from the field over the course of the game.  FDU's defense has been the backbone of their winning streak but they could not get a stop when needed in tonight's game. The Knights offense performed well scoring 60 points and shooting a solid 40.4% from the field, including hitting 10-of-19 three-pointers. The offense saw spurts of elite performances from Dahomée Forgues and freshman Alba Rovira-Ayuso. Forgues scored 15 points while Rovira-Ayuso drilled 3-of-5 three-pointers for nine points. The Knights scoring lead Chloe Wilson was limited to just 17 minutes due to foul trouble.

• Wilson scored 12 points and pitched in six rebounds.
• Forgues put up another double-digit performance with 15 points.
• Sierra DeAngelo added seven points, seven rebounds, and three assists.

First Quarter

FDU 18, Hoyas 21

• Celia Carbonell and Chloe Wilson drilled early threes to lead the Knights offense.
• At the media timeout, both teams were shooting well. The Hoyas led 12-10.
• Both teams shot over 40% in the quarter, but the Knights struggled to not turn the ball over.
• Wilson led the Knights with seven points. They trailed 21-18.

Second Quarter

FDU 20, Hoyas 43

• With 7:00 left in the quarter, the Knights trailed 28-21 due to a 7-3 Hoya run to start the quarter.
• Wilson picked up her third foul early into the quarter.
• The Knights were outscored 22-12 in the quarter.
• Alba Rovira-Ayuso drilled her first two collegiate threes to end the half.

Third Quarter

FDU 45, Hoyas 62

• At the media timeout, the two teams were tied 10-10 in the quarter.
• FDU's defense could not get a stop when needed.
• The Hoyas outscored the Knights 19-15 in the quarter.

Fourth Quarter

FDU 60, Hoyas 74

•  The Knights outscored the Hoyas in the final frame, but the deficit was too much to overcome.
• The FDU defense came alive in the fourth quarter holding the Blue & Gray to only 35% shooting from the field.
