Quotable

"This event exposed us to arguably the most difficult lane conditions we've ever experienced and coming home with an 8-5 record for the weekend illustrates how gritty, how resilient and how competitive our team is," said head coach Mike LoPresti. "This tournament challenged us in all aspects of the game and I'm particularly proud of how our team held it together, maintained a positive attitude, and elevated play at the end of day two and the final two playoff rounds, today. We certainly are mentally and physically worn out after three brutal days, but at the same time we are so much better because it."

Looking Ahead

FDU heads to Pittsburgh on November 12 for the first Northeast Conference meet of the season at Nesbit's Lanes. Matchups and times are to be determined. FDU went 12-9 against conference opponents last season and qualified for the NEC tournament.
