NORTH ANDOVER, MASS- FDU women's volleyball (13-12, 7-2) was victorious in their second sweep of the season over Merrimack (4-17, 2-7) in the Bay State at Hammel Court. (25-20, 25-15, 25-21.)
	-  FDU's offense had 35 kills hitting .253 off 99 attempts and outworked Merrimack who hit .111 off their 99 attempts. 
- Sophia Rampazzo led the team in kills with seven and aces with three. Giorgia Vaschetti also had seven kills for the knights. 
Set 1 
	- At 9-8 FDU went on a five-point run and took advantage of Warriors errors to gain a six-point lead and control the match. FDU gave away points on errors but was able to keep that lead and win the set 25-20 with of a line-drive kill from Vaschetti to seal the deal.
- Mackenzie Ruggiero had three kills off three attempts and an ace for the knights. 
Set 2
	- FDU started strong early in set two going on a seven-point run (11-6) with four kills from Tessa Fisk and two from Rampazzo. FDU added another four-point run to strengthen that gap 15-8 and finish the set 25-15.
- FDU outworked the Merrimack offense hitting .278 with over the Warriors .050. 
- Fisk had five kills(.500), a solo block, and an Ace for the Knights. 
Set 3
	- FDU started with a six-point run (7-1.) Merrimack worked to close that gap to a two-point set at 13-11 and trailed close behind. The burgundy and blue finished it off with an instant kill from Kylie Nott out of a Merrimack time-out (25-21.) 
"It's difficult to win on the road against any team," head coach David Nguyen said. "So happy for our team for taking care of business. Once again it was a full team win."
