ANNAPOLIS, Md. - The FDU women's golf team placed eighth at the Navy Fall Invitational hosted by Navy at the Naval Academy Golf Course (par 72, 6,084 yds.). Sophomore Kaitlyn You led the Knights with a two-round score of 154. The Burgundy and Blue's eighth-place finish saw the team shoot a 638.

• Sophomore Kaitlyn You posted a team best 76 during round one and led the team with a two round score of 154
• The Knights recorded 15 birdies over the course of the two rounds
• You had a par or better streak on 20 of 25 holes 
• Navy took home the team win
• Emily Byrne of LIU took home the individual win

The Knights will travel to Wallingford, Conn. on Oct. 10 to compete in the Quinnipiac Invitational.
