Scouting the Hawks
Saint Joseph's enter this third-ever meeting with FDU 0-2-0, coming off a 5-0 loss to St. John's, who struck with five goals in the second half. The Hawks are coming off a 3-8-2 season, but were dangerous at home, with all three wins coming in the friendly confines of Sweeney Field. The Hawks were selected to finish 8th in the 14-team Atlantic-10, and the side from Philadelphia returned ten regular starters from last season. They are led by senior forward, and one of the team's captains, Izzy Greene, who led the Hawks with four goals and nine points last season.

Scouting the Knights
The Knights will look to grab their first points away from home after faltering away from home against two Power Five conference opponents: No. 25 Rutgers and Syracuse. Freshman Aitana Martínez-Montoya earned an NEC Prime Performer nod for her performances in the first week of the season. Her five shots led the team, and she was responsible for the best opportunity of each game for the Knights. The Knights have seen three players play the full 90 minutes in both games, including two freshmen, Malene Nielsen and Leighann Kafel, and Franziska Theus.

Coach Teepe's Thoughts
"We are looking forward to our next challenge as we continue to look to grow. This week has presented us with some different hurdles we will have to deal with as a team, but it is, without a doubt, an important step that we will need to strive for our goals. Hopefully we will be ready to go!"

What's Next
