FDU jumped to an 8-3 advantage in set one following a five-point run with back-to-back kills by sophomore Madisyn Beirne. Lehigh gained momentum behind a four-kill streak by sophomore Lylah Washington, knotting the score at 22. Taking the set to an extra point, the Knights dropped the Mountain Hawks 26-24.

The Mountain Hawks maintained control throughout set two, topping the Knights 25-11.

Fisk paced the Knights in a tightly contested third set, depositing five kills to level the score at 16. With a series of attacks, the Mountain Hawks forced a gap to take the set 25-19.

Set four began in another tight battle until Lehigh freshman Megan Schulte broke open a lead with a series of kills. As the Knights fought to close the gap, they were unsuccessful, falling 25-17.
