TEANECK, N.J. – The Fairleigh Dickinson men's tennis team continues its road swing to start the 2019 season with a match at Concordia College Tuesday afternoon at 2 p.m.
The match will be played indoors at the Meyers Tennis Center in Bronxville, N.Y.
LAST TIME OUT
The Knights (1-3) went 1-1 in their matches last week, defeating Queens College, 4-3, before suffering a 7-0 sweep at Delaware. Junior

Eduardo Cabral teamed up to earn the Knights' sole win against Delaware at no. 3 doubles.
SEASON LEADERS
Three Knights each have two singles wins in dual matches so far this spring – Autuch, Cabral and Dhouib. Cabral leads the Knights in overall singles wins this season with eight and is 8-6 overall, while Autuch (7-5) and Solans Diaz (6-4) also have overall winning records.
RECENT SERIES HISTORY
FDU and Concordia have played each other eight times in the last 11 seasons, with Concordia winning seven of the eight meetings. The two teams played last year at Concordia, with the Knights dropping a 6-3 decision. Autuch, Budinszky and sophomore
Niclas Pietsch all won their respective singles matches to earn the Knights' points. FDU's lone win against Concordia was in 2015, a 5-4 victory at Concordia.
SCOUTING CONCORDIA
The Clippers are 1-1 in dual matches this spring, dropping a 5-2 match to Delaware and then defeating St. Francis Brooklyn, 6-0, in their most recent match. William Nilsson and Jan Godfrey Seno have won each of their singles matches to start the season. The Clippers are ranked no. 21 in NCAA Division II. Eight of the 10 players on the roster are underclassmen, including five sophomores and three freshmen. Last season, Concordia had a 17-5 overall record and went unbeaten in the CACC on their way to winning the conference and advancing to the NCAA Division II National Tournament quarterfinals.

After Tuesday's match, the Knights are off until Wednesday, February 27, when they go to play St. John's at the USTA National Center at 9 p.m.
