ENTERING THE KNIGHT
The Knights (2-5) are coming off a home loss to Hofstra, falling 2-1 in double overtime. Sophomore
Viktorija Miseljic scored the first goal of the match, her second of the season, in the 25th minute, but Hofstra rallied back with a second-half tally before going on to net the golden goal with 4:21 remaining in the second extra period. Freshman
Madelyn Robbins assisted Miseljic's goal to earn her first career point, and junior
Amanda Fitzgerald saved a season-high seven shots.
GREAT WALL OF FITZGERALD
Among NEC goalkeepers, Fitzgerald ranks second with 34 saves this season, averaging 4.86 saves per contest. She ranks fourth in the conference in both goals against average (1.43) and save percentage (.773). For her career, the junior reached 250 career saves in 46 matches after stopping seven shots in Thursday's loss to Hofstra. Fitzgerald is one of only three active juniors in NCAA Division I with at least 250 career saves.

Lea Egner is one of two NEC players with three assists this season. Miseljic is one of 12 players to have scored multiple goals in the NEC, and she is tied for sixth among league leaders with five points. As a team, FDU ranks third in the conference in both total assists (6) and goals-against-average (1.51).
SERIES SCORE
Army has a 2-1 advantage in the all-time series against Fairleigh Dickinson. The Black Knights (3-1-3) have won each of the previous two meetings, including a 4-1 win at West Point in the last match back in 2016. FDU defeated Army in the first match, 2-0, in 2003 at University Stadium, but fell in overtime, 2-1, the next year on the road.
SCOUTING ARMY
The Black Knights enter tonight's match having played consecutive scoreless draws, with the last outing being a 0-0 draw Friday night against Air Force. Army started the season winning three of four matches, including their season-opener over NEC foe Wagner (2-0). The Black Knights also played Marshall to a 2-2 draw, an opponent FDU beat 1-0 in its season-opener. Sophomore forward Erynn Johns leads the team in both points (6) and assists (4) so far this season, and freshman forward Kalie Rosenberger is the only Black Knight with multiple goals. Sophomore goalkeeper Sydney Cassalia has played all 690 minutes in net, saving 41 shots and allowing only four goals, good for a 0.52 goals against average and a .911 save percentage. Entering the season, Army was picked to finish sixth in the Patriot League preseason poll after finishing 4-11-2 in 2017.
