TEANECK, N.J. – The Fairleigh Dickinson women's soccer team returns home to University Stadium Sunday looking to earn its first Northeast Conference win of the season when it faces Robert Morris at 4 p.m.

ENTERING THE KNIGHT
The Knights (2-7-3, 0-1-1 NEC) posed a tough challenge in their match Friday at Central Connecticut, battling back from two goals down to close to within one with three minutes remaining, but CCSU held on for the 2-1 win. Freshman
Noam Kedem scored FDU's goal in the 87th minute, her first of her career, and junior
Amanda Fitzgerald set a season-high with nine saves in the match.
ASSISTING THE RECORD BOOK
Two Knights climbed the ranks of the FDU record books after Friday's match at CCSU. Senior
Elma Kolenovic recorded her 50th career point by assisting on Kedem's goal, becoming the fifth Knight ever to reach 50 points. Her 12th career assist moved her into a tie for fifth on FDU's career assists list as well. Sophomore
Sofia Albertsson also assisted Kedem's goal to mark her 28th career point, elevating her into FDU's top 15 in that category.
HOME SWEET HOME
After playing only three home games in their first 12 matches, the Knights will take the field at University Stadium in four of their final six contests, including Sunday's match. Three of the Knights' final four games are in Teaneck – October 12 vs. LIU Brooklyn, October 20 vs. Saint Francis U and October 28 vs. Sacred Heart.
SERIES SCORE
FDU leads the all-time series against Robert Morris, 10-7-1. The Colonials, however, have won each of the past two meetings, including last year's 2-1 double-overtime thriller in Moon Township. Before that, the Knights had won three straight matches against Robert Morris, which also included the 2015 Northeast Conference title match, which FDU won 1-0 to secure the program's first championship. The Knights have also won seven straight times against the Colonials when playing at University Stadium.
SCOUTING ROBERT MORRIS
The Colonials (3-9, 1-1 NEC) last played the previous Sunday, also losing to Central Connecticut in a 1-0 defeat. Robert Morris defeated Wagner in its NEC opener, 2-1, but has lost three of its previous four games overall. Senior Jane Schleicher has accounted for nine of the team's 12 goals this season, and she leads the NEC in both goals and points (18). Sydney Bruckner has started nine matches in goal for the Colonials, making 66 saves while allowing 15 goals in 753 minutes, good for a 1.79 goals-against average. Entering the season, Robert Morris was picked sixth in the NEC preseason poll.
AROUND THE NEC
Bryant and Saint Francis U also picked up victories in their NEC matches Friday to stay tied with CCSU at the top of the league standings. Bryant earned a 1-0 victory over Wagner, while Saint Francis U came back to win over Sacred Heart, 3-2, after trailing 2-1 at halftime. LIU Brooklyn and Mount St. Mary's ended their match Friday in a draw, with LIU Brooklyn scoring on a penalty kick with three minutes left in regulation to force overtime.
