ENTERING THE KNIGHT
The Knights (2-5-1) have played two straight double-overtime matches, with the most recent game ending in a 0-0 draw Sunday afternoon against Army. Though the Black Knights outshot the Knights in the match, it was the Knights of FDU that took most of the scoring chances in the overtime periods. Freshman Isabelle Udovc supplied two of the three shots on target in extra time.

GREAT WALL OF FITZGERALD
Junior goalkeeper Amanda Fitzgerald earned her second shutout of the season and made three saves in the 0-0 tie against Army. Fitzgerald stopped one first-half attempt at goal before making two more saves in the second half on her way to her ninth shutout of her career. The junior lowered her season goals-against average to 1.21 and increased her season saves total to 37, which both rank third in the Northeast Conference. Her 253 saves are the third-most among active NCAA Division I juniors.

STELLAR FRESHMEN
Freshman midfielder Madelyn Robbins assisted sophomore Viktorija Miseljic's goal in the first period of Thursday's 2-1 overtime loss to Hofstra. Robbins has started all eight games for the Knights in the midfield and is one of four freshmen, along with Lea Egner, Isabelle Udovc and Christa Waterman, to have played in all eight matches this season. Egner leads the team with three assists, and Waterman scored the game-winning goal in FDU's season opener against Marshall.

SERIES SCORE
The Knights are 0-3 against La Salle heading into Thursday's match, including last season's 1-0 defeat at University Stadium. The Explorers have outscored the Knights by a combined total of 7-2, with both FDU goals coming in the first-ever meeting back in 2005.

SCOUTING La SALLE
The Explorers started the 2018 season with three straight wins, but have gone 1-1-1 since to make a 4-1-1 overall record. In their last outing, the Explorers played Rutgers to a 2-2 draw, giving up two second-half scores before evening the match with 11 minutes remaining. Each of their previous three games have required overtime as well. Redshirt-senior Madison Bower leads La Salle with four goals for eight points, while sophomore Jenna Soriano is the team leader in assists with three. Sophomore goalkeeper Claudia Jenkins has played every minute in net, allowing only four goals and making 25 saves, good for a 0.62 goals-against average and a .862 save percentage. La Salle is the defending Atlantic 10 conference champion, going 17-4-2 last season.
