In the bottom of the third, Lipscomb third baseman Zeke Dodson delivered a one-out triple and crossed the plate as the go-ahead run when teammate Jake Perry hit a sacrifice fly to center. Perry would plate the game's final run in the home fifth with a single to left field off of Zeller.
