Series History: The Peacocks hold a 41-14 advantage in the all-time series with FDU's last win in the series coming three years ago today, Nov. 28, 2012.  The Knights won that contest 66-61.  These teams have met each year since the 2010-11 season.  During that span Saint Peter's holds a slight 3-2 advantage in the series.

Making Steals (Rankings as of 11/22): Through four games the Knights rank 32nd in the nation in total steals with 43 and sit 45th among NCAA Division I teams in steals per game at 8.6.  Individually, Marques Townes (Edison, N.J./St. Joseph (Metuchen)) ranks 35th in the nation in steals with 11.
 
Expanding Game of Earl Potts Jr. (Severn, Md./Archbishop Spalding ):  Sophomore Earl Potts Jr. (Severn, Md./Archbishop Spalding ) has seen his game grow this season as he leads the Knights in rebounds per game (7.0) and shares the team lead in scoring at 14.2 points per game.  Potts has also excelled at the free throw line connecting on 77.3% (17-of-22) of his attempts.  Potts averaged just 6.6 points, 2.9 rebounds and shot 69% at the free throw line last season.
 
Last Time Out:  The Fairleigh Dickinson men's basketball team fell to the University of Delaware in the final second on Nov. 24 at Acierno Arena.  The Blue Hens (2-1) and Knights (1-4) traded the lead six times in the second half before Delaware hit a free throw with nine tenths of a second remaining to earn a 73-72 victory.

With less than a second left to play and the game tied 72-72, Delaware's Cazmon Hayes setup for a three in the corner.  Sophomore Marques Townes (Edison, N.J./St. Joseph (Metuchen)), challenging the shot, was called for a foul that sent Cazmon to the line for three free throws.  Cazmon missed the first two, but connected on the third to give the Blue Hens a 73-72 lead.
 
Sophomore Stephan Jiggetts (Forestville, Md./Bishop McNamara) scored a career-high 22 points and sophomore Earl Potts Jr. (Severn, Md./Archbishop Spalding ) posted a season-high with 21 points.  Townes finished with nine points, six rebounds and six assists.

Townes with the Assist:  Sophomore Marques Townes (Edison, N.J./St. Joseph (Metuchen)) leads the Knights in assists this season with 16.  On Tuesday night at Delaware, Townes dished out a career-high six assists.  He also has the best assist to turnover ratio among FDU starters this season.
