The Knights were on the road at Notre Dame (12/6), now ranked No. 21 in the nation, and St. John's (12/10), now ranked No. 20/23, and came up short in both contests. FDU's lone senior Mustafaa Jones (Philadelphia, Pa./Neumann-Goretti) paced his team with 18 points and a team-high three steals in a game-high 37 minutes against the Red Storm, while junior forward Xavier Harris (Philadelphia, Pa./Constitution) continued his strong play with 13 points and eight rebounds. Sophomore co-captain Matt MacDonald (Buffalo, N.Y./Canisius) has been nearly automatic from the charity stripe to start the season; he's hitting 95.2% of his attempts and ranks 6th in the nation.
