TEANECK, N.J. -- The Fairleigh Dickinson women's soccer team (4-5-1) will host Mount St. Mary's at University Stadium in its Northeast Conference opener Friday night at 7 p.m., before traveling to Philadelphia to face Penn in a nonconference contest at 2 p.m. Sunday, Oct. 6. Fans are encouraged to bring their own seats to Friday night's game, which will be broadcast live on NEC Front Row.

Last Time Out
The Knights dominated Delaware State, 2-1, last Sunday at University Stadium, outshooting the Hornets, 19-2. After a scoreless first half, FDU broke through on a beautiful header from sophomore Amanda Goulet (Quebec City, Quebec/Shattuck-St. Mary's ), as she found the back of the net off junior Kasey Schiavoni (West Chester, Pa./Villa Maria Academy)'s perfect corner kick. Goulet was then credited with an assist on the second goal after her free kick made the DSU goalkeeper make a save that resulted in a rebound, which freshman Laniyyah Elam (Washington, D.C./Woodrow Wilson) cleaned up for her first career goal.
