W. Soccer Hosts Bryant Friday Night

TEANECK, N.J.  – The Fairleigh Dickinson women's soccer team (6-6-2, 2-0-1 NEC) continues Northeast Conference play Friday night, as it hosts Bryant for a 7 p.m. kickoff at University Stadium, with a live webcast on NEC Front Row. Fans are encouraged to bring their own seats to the game. 

Last Time Out
The Knights played to a 0-0 draw against Wagner last Sunday at University Stadium. FDU fired seven shots on goal, compared to the Seahawks' two. Senior Sage DoVale (Lilburn, Ga./Collins Hill) made one save between the pipes, and sophomore Noelle Picone (Brick, N.J./Brick Memorial ) kicked away what looked to be a sure goal for Wagner late in the second half.

What You Need To Know: Sophomore Rachel Ivanicki leads the Bulldogs with four goals this season, including two game-winning goals. Head coach Chris Flint is in his 14th season at the helm of the Bulldogs, having won 134 games. Bryant nearly made it to the NEC Tournament last season in its first season of postseason eligibility. The Knights are off to their best NEC start since 2004.
