"This is a huge win for us," said Head Coach Greg Vetrone. "This is our second road win. Monmouth is a very well-coached team that plays very well at home. We had to try and take them out of their rhythm. We hung in there in the first half and our guys stuck together- this was really a team win."
The Knights are back in action when they host Longwood in non-conference action on Monday, Feb. 8 at 7:00 p.m.
