The Fairleigh Dickinson University baseball team lost, 14-8, versus Sacred Heart University, Friday, April 13 in Trumbull, CT. Senior outfielder Vincente-Alexander Medina (North Bergen, NJ/Paramus Catholic) (North Bergen, NJ) drove in two runs with a single to right field in the eighth inning, as the Knights slipped to 7-21 overall and 2-3 in the Northeast Conference.

The Pioneers (11-16, 2-3 NEC) scored seven runs in the first three and last three innings.

Senior outfielder Chris Grabowski (Brooklyn, NY/Xaverian) (Brooklyn, NY) and sophomore infielder Jeff Vincent (Murrysville, PA/Franklin Regional) (Belmar, PA) both tallied RBIs

Senior right-hander Stephen Eng (Fresh Meadows, NY/St. Francis Prep) (Fresh Meadows, NY) took the loss, allowing seven runs in 2.2 innings of work. Freshman lefty Anthony Champion (Egg Harbor City, NJ/Absegami) Jr. (Egg Harbor City, NJ) tossed a scoreless eighth frame.
