2014: Played in 29 matches, with eight starts… Recorded 137 digs, finishing fifth on the team in the category… Had 14 service aces, good for fourth on the team… In the opening match of the season against UMBC (8/29), registered one kill and six digs… Recorded 5 or more digs in 14 matches… Produced a career-high 15 digs and one service ace in a 3-2 Knights’ victory against St. Francis Brooklyn (10/5)… Finished with nine digs, one service ace, and one kill versus Weber State (8/30)…

2013: Played in 16 matches, including one start... Produced her best match of her collegiate career against Northeast Conference champion LIU Brooklyn (10/13), where she finished with a career-high nine digs and recorded her only kill of the season... Had matches where she produced four digs versus Manhattan (10/23) and three digs against Canisius (9/13), respectively... Named to the NEC Academic Honor Roll (3.20 GPA or higher)...

2012: Saw action in 14 matches while playing in 41 sets as a freshman… Finished the season with 20 digs… Made collegiate debut in a 3-2 win over Providence (8/25)… Recorded a season-high three aces against Saint Peter’s (8/31)… Picked up four digs on two separate occasions: against Delaware State (9/4) and Bryant (9/8)… 

Rutherford: Served as team captain of Rutherford’s volleyball team as a senior… Three-time First Team All-League selection… Earned Second Team All-Bergen County accolades…Earned four letters in volleyball... Also competed in swimming... Served as Vice President of the Spanish Club... 

Personal: Daughter of Francine and Paul Hong... Born April 8, 1994... Has an older brother, Joshua, and two older sisters, Hannah and Deborah, as the latter also plays volleyball for FDU... Played for Phoenix Volleyball Club... Majoring in English Writing.
