FDU Knights Athletics

2011-12: Went 7-13 in singles matches, including one win in the NEC... Compiled a 4-6 doubles record... Won three of eight doubles matches while playing alongside Manuela Leme... 

Union City: Played four years of varsity tennis for Coach Malitzia and Coach Campbell… Played as the team's top singles player throughout her career... Finished with a career record of 101-10, winning a majority of her matches in two sets… Took third at the Hudson County championships as a freshman… Was runner-up in the county as a sophomore and junior… Broke through with a Hudson County championship title as a senior… Named Female Student-Athlete of the Year in 2011… Member of Student Council and National Honor Society… Graduated with High Honors…
 
Personal:  Born Oct. 11, 1993… Daughter of Carlos Alberto Sarrate and Lydia Perez… Was ranked as high as No. 145 in the USTA Eastern Section... Has a half-brother, Carlos… Majoring in Forensic Psychology.
