Mackenzie Hanna

Mackenzie Hanna enters her first season with the Fairleigh Dickinson women's soccer in the 2021-22 season. 

Hanna comes to Teaneck by way of Binghamton University, where she spent four seasons with the Wildcats. Hanna would make appearances in all four seasons as a Wildcat, making 61 saves and logging a goals against average of 1.09 over her career. Hanna excelled on and off the pitch with Binghamton, earning America East Honor Roll honors as a sophomore in 2018. 

Working largely with the goalkeepers in her first season with the Knights, Hanna aided in the development of freshman Malene Nielsen, who would earn NEC Goalkeeper of the Year and First Team All-NEC honors under the tutelage of Hanna and FDU's coaching staff. 

Prior to her collegiate career, she played club soccer with SDA (Syracuse Development Academy). An experienced youth national player, she helped lead the ODP (Olympic Developmental Program) side to state runner-up honors, and she was selected to the U16 Girls 'Best Eleven Team' at the 2016 USA Youth Junior Championship. In addition to her club accolades, Hanna attended Baker High School where she led them to a state runner-up and two sectional championships.

Hanna graduated from Binghamton University with a Bachelor of Science in Integrative Neuroscience. She is currently working towards her master's degree in Sports Management from Fairleigh Dickinson.
