    • Oversaw the management and oversight of the Flynn's Fund athletics and university development budgets and day-to-day operations
    • First point of contact for the Flynn Fund
    • Interim liaison for women's basketball, men's ice hockey and club sports
    • Helped teams raise six-figure totals as part of the 2023 Support Your Sport campaign
    • Participated in preparation and day of operations for stewardship events such as Baseball Night and Jerry York Night

    • Co-chaired Engagement Committee for the Diversity Inclusion Belonging Advisory Committee (DIBAC) to promote, educate and elevate various elements of DEI to University Advancement
    • Helped to raise over $1.4 million from more than 4,000 for Support Your Sport and more than $1.6 million from thousands of donors for Boston College's Giving Day

  • Teach for America/KIPP Shine Prep Elementary School
    • Served as a member of a highly-selective national service corps of recent college graduates across several academic disciplines who commit two years to teach in under-resourced public schools, instilling the love of learning in children they teach as well as provide the students with significant academic gains that place the students on track towards college
    • Had to pivot digitally during the COVID-19 pandemic
  • Fordham
    • Awarded the Patrick Kenneally Award for outstanding contributions to Fordham through community service, campus-based clubs, facilitation of both athletic and non-athletic events and Rozier's work with the Rams' athletic department
