- Named the first coach in FDU women's lacrosse program history on June 30, 2021
- Recruited 16 student-athletes to round-out the program's inagural squad, including two student-athletes already on-campus
- Earned the first win in program history on March 25, 2023, a 21-7 home win against Howard
- Coached freshman Brielle McInaw to the program's first Northeast Conference honors as the rookie was named to the Second Team All-NEC and NEC All-Rookie Team
