2023-24
  • Appeared in 66 sets over 27 matches
  • Offensively, logged 146 kills, five assists and nine service aces
  • Defensively, tallied 64 digs and 17 blocks
  • Hit his 500th career kill on 03/22/24 against Sacred Heart
  • Named to the NEC Spring Academic Honor Roll
2022-23
  • Played in 20 matches and started 17 of them. 
  • Averaged 2.33 kills per set. 
  • Possessed a .185 hitting percentage. 
  • Supplied 11 aces form the service line. 
  • Had a season-high 21 kills in FDU's first-ever NEC win over Merrimack.

  • Member of first-ever Knights' men's volleyball team
  • Named to the First Team All-Independent by Off the Block following the campaign
  • Finished 17th among Division I/II players in attacks per set, leading all independent program with 8.29
  • Starting 22 of 23 matches played, Lydon registered a team-high 247 kills in FDU's inaugural season
  • Leading the team in aces, Lydon ranked in the top 100 nationally in aces per set with 0.293 for a season total of 23 aces
