FDU Knights Athletics

2017-18: Appeared in 23 games making one start in his final season with the Knights..Scored season-high six points against Kean on 11/18..On the season, scored 21 points with seven assists and three rebounds..Earned FDU's Richard Panicucci Service Award and the men's basketball program's Knight Award.

2016-17: Appeared in 25 games averaging 5.3 minutes per contest..Totaled 21 points and 12 rebounds on the campaign..Netted career-best six points against Central Connecticut State on 2/9

2015-16: Saw action in 20 games…Totaled nine points, six assists, four rebounds and two steals...Scored a season-high three points against FDU Florham on November 16 and again against LIU Brooklyn on January 30. 

2014-15: Played in 20 games…Averaged 3.2 minutes per game…Averaged 0.7 points per game…Scored a career-high six points against Mount St. Mary’s (2/21)…In that game, recorded a perfect line of 2-2 from the field and 2-2 from beyond the arc.

Hasbrouck Heights: Earned four varsity letters... Named Third Team All-Bergen County and First Team All-North Jersey Interscholastic (Meadowlands Division) as a senior after averaging 19 points and 5.0 assists per game while becoming the second all-time leading scorer in program history (1,397) and all-time leader in assists (512)... Averaged 16 points and 5.0 assists per game as a junior en route to being named First Team All-NJIC and Honorable  Mention All-Bergen County... Named Second Team All-NJIC as a sophomore and Honorable Mention All-NJIC as a freshman... Also played varsity tennis... 

Personal: Son of Janice Schroback and Mark Schroback... Born Nov. 22, 1995... Has two older brothers, Mark and Rob... Father, Mark, played basketball at Saint Peter's; brother, Mark played basketball at William Paterson; brother Rob played soccer at LIU Brooklyn... Played AAU basketball for Wayne PAL Wolfpack... Projected major is Sports Administration.

Coach Herenda on Schroback (Prior to 2014-15 Season): "Mike is a very smart and skilled point guard that can handle the ball and shoot it very well from behind the 3-point line.  Mike is a walk-on that will add depth to our backcourt."
