- Joined Tobin Anderson at FDU after being on-staff at St. Thomas Aquinas on May 23, 2022
- Responsible for offensive game planning, skill development, film analysis and team operations
- 67-12 record over three seasons, including three ECC tournament championship, three NCAA tournament appearances and two trips to the NCAA tournament Sweet 16 round
- Bonacum was an integral part of the skill development of NABC All-American Grant Singleton who followed the staff to FDU, Demetre Roberts, a First Team All-Region and First Team All-ECC honoree who is now a Knight and Osbel Caraballo
- Served as head coach of the Spartans' Esports program, winning league championships in the ECAC and ECC, both firsts in team history
- Expanded STAC's Esports offerings by five teams and tripled the size of the program in two years
- Worked with members of coaching staff with an emphasis on player development, video and analytics
- Served on the scout team for practices and gameday walkthroughs
- Charted and analyzed workouts for analytic and development groups
- Assisted in film study and breakdown of other NBA teams and players
