  • With Hayes on-staff, the Bulldogs completed the second-largest Division I win turnaround as The Citadel posted a year-over-year win increase of seven from 2019-20 to 2020-21
  • Working with The Citadel's hot hands, Hayes guided the program to lead all of Division I in three-point shooting in each of his two seasons on-staff

  • Assisted the Division II Bulldogs to a 20-win campaign and top-10 finish in points, assists and field goal percentage
