Biography

Before FDU: Brenen graduated from Paul Barrios High School and was part of Elite Squat. On the mound, he compiled a 1.61 ERA over 74 innings in his 3rd-year varsity career. In his senior year, he pitched to a 0.87 ERA. Was given the captain position and earned All-State honors along with district 7A-14 pitcher of the year. 

Personal: Parents are Carolyn and Brett Katz. Born on August 6, 2002. He has two siblings, Marley and Douglas. Interests outside the sport are cooking and working with kids with disabilities. Brenden is majoring in Sports Management.
