2014:  Made appearances for the Knights as both a relief pitcher and a position player... On the mound in 2014 he collected 14 appearances while logging 18.2 innings... Got his first win against NJIT (3/14) after coming on in relief and tossing 3.1 innings, striking out two... Collected a win against NEC opponent Wagner (4/12) after 3.2 innings of relief where he struck out two and only allowed one run...  Offensively McGrath had 16 appearances (14 starts) in the outfield, at first base, and in the designated hitter role... Collected one multi-hit game against Morehead State (3/1).

2013: Saw action in 39 games while collecting 36 starts… went 31-133 (.233) with 14 RBIs, three doubles and one triple while scoring nine runs… Accumulated 10 multi-hit games, with his first coming against Campbell (3/9) where he went 2-4… Against New York Tech (3/16) he went 2-4 with one RBI and one double… McGrath went 2-4 against powerhouse Bryant (3/29) while also picking up one run scored… In the first game of a series against LIU Brooklyn (4/13) went 2-4 with two RBIs… In the series against Monmouth (4/19-21) went 5-12 with one double and one run scored… Had a perfect game against Siena (4/23) going 2-2… Picked up his first triple as a Knight against Sacred Heart (5/4) while going 2-4 at the plate with an RBI and a run scored… On the bump McGrath had 4.1 innings of work giving up four hits, one earned run and five base-on-balls while collecting two strikeouts.
