2012 (Cross Country): Competed in the first three events of the season… Top time of the season in the 5k of 26:53.64 came at the Ted Owen Invitational (9/22)… 

2011 (Cross Country): Finished in FDU’s top four in four races on the season… Claimed third on the team at the Metropolitan Championships (10/7)… Followed up with another third place finish on the team and a season-best time of 23:20.4 at the UAlbany Invitational (10/15)… 

2010 (Cross Country): Competed in the Fordham University Fiasco, taking sixth on the team…

2009 (Cross Country): Placed fifth among Knight competitors in all three of her events… Set a personal best time of 24:01 at the Quinnipiac University Invitational (9/19)...

Pleasantville: Ran track and field for Coach Alan Laws, Sr... Picked up six varsity letters as a sprinter... Earned All-Conference, All-County and All-State recognition as a junior and senior in the 400...

Personal: Daughter of Lord Shabazz and Owoidighe Coleman... Majoring in Political Science.
