2015 Cross Country: Competed just once for FDU, was at the Nassaney Invitational (9/12) with a time of 23:09 in the 5k … 

2015 Outdoor: Made Second Team All-NEC as part of the 4x100 relay .. Appeared at eight events for Fairleigh Dickinson and competed in the 200, 400 and 800-meter and all three relays … Held the second, third and fourth fastest times in the 400 for the Knights and was a member of the fastest 4x100 and 4x400 relays … Set a new personal-best in the 200 at the Wake Forest Open (3/20) with a 25.86 in the prelims … Finished 7th in lone appearance in the 800 at Towson (3/29) and clocked a 2:31.95 … Came home 5th at North Carolina A&T (4/11) in a time of 58.56 … Qualified for the finals at the Northeast Conference Championships (5/2) in the 400 and finished 6th in the finals with a season-best time of 58.15 to secure points for Fairleigh Dickinson.

Ran a season-best time of 22:57.1 at the CSSU Ted Owen Invitational and finished 114th … Finished 101st at the NYC Metro Championships (10/10) in a time of 24:10.5 … In the 6K at the Princeton Invitational (10/18), finished 270th in a time of 29:05.0 … Was 118th in the 3K at the CCSU Mini Meet (10/24) … Finished 72nd at the Northeast Conference Championships in a time of 26:26.9.

2014 Outdoor: Competed at seven meets for the Knights and qualified for the IC4A/ECAC Championships while competing in the 400-meter and the 4x100 and 4x400 relay … Opened the season with a 37th place finish in the 400 at the Wake Forest Open (3/22) in a time of 1:00.33 … Member of the 4x400 relay that was 14th in a time of 4:04.29 at Wake … Ran a 1:01.39 at the Sam Howell Invitational (4/5) … Helped the Knights finished 2nd in the 4x100 (49.15) and the 4x400 (3:57.15) at the TCNJ Invitational (4/12) … Came across the line in 9th in the 59.16 at TCNJ in the 400 …  Aided  the Knights to a 10th place finish in the 4x100 relay at Morgan State (4/19) in a time of 59.16 … Ran on both the 4x100 and 4x400 relays at the Penn Relays (4/26)  … Scored points in three difference events at the Northeast Conference Championships (5/4) … Scored in the 400 as an individual with a season-best time of 57.77 to finish 6th at the NECs … Helped the Knights in the 4x100 and 4x400 to secure 7th and 5th place finishes respectively … Was 17th (57.77) as a member of the 4x100 relay at the ECAC/IC4A Championships (5/18/14) 

2013 Cross Country: Made just one appearance for Fairleigh Dickinson—the CCSU Mini Meet (10/25) …Ran a 12:20.0 there and finished 128th.

2013 Outdoor: Ran in the 100, 200 and 400-meter and the 4x100 and 4x400-relay for the Knights at six meets … Ran in the 100 at the Wake Forest Open (3/16) and finished 16th in prelims in a time of 12.69 … Helped the 4x100 and 4x400 teams to 10th and 16th place finishes respectively at Wake and ran a wind-aided 26.05 in the 200 … Finished 7th in the 400 at the Monmouth Season Opener (3/30) in a time of 59.99 … Made  only  appearance in the 800 and ran a 2:29.48 at Monmouth … Had a season-best time in the 200 with a 26.13 at the Colonial Relays (4/6) and finished 29th … Was 38th and 39th respectively in the 400 and 100 at the Colonial Relays … Also at the Colonials Relays, helped the Knights finished 13th (49.53) and 16th (4:00.98) in the 4x100 and 4x400 relays respectively … Part of the 4x100 team that finished 4th at the Metropolitan Championships (4/12) in a time of 49.38 … Ran the 400 in a time of 1:01.53 and crossed the line in 18th at the Metropolitan Championships … Crossed the line in 18th (58.60) in the 400 at the Larry Ellis Invitational (4/27) … Was on the 4x400 team that was 9th (3:58.19) also at Larry Ellis … Member of the 4x100 and 4x400 relays that competed at the Penn Relays (4/27) with times of 49.80 and 4:05.46 … Qualified for the finals at the Northeast Conference Championships (5/5) with a season-best time of 58.39 and finished 8th in the final with a 58.68 … Part of the 4x400 team that finished 9th at the NECs in a time of 3:58.87 

2012-13 Indoor: Appeared at six meets for the Knights while competing in the 200, 400, 600 and 800-meter,  4x400-relay  and the Shot Put … Finished 3rd at the season-opening Knight Indoor Classic (12/2) in the 600 in a time of 1:41.30 … Helped the 4x400 team to a  second-place  finish in a time of 4:18.50 at the Knight Indoor Classic … Finished 21st in only appearance in the Shot Put with a throw of 7.79m at the Fordham Season Opener (12/7) … Recorded a collegiate-best 2:27.70 in the 800 at the NYC Gotham Cup (1/11) to finish 29th … Part of the 4x400 team that finished 17th in a time of 4:10.22 at the Gotham Cup … Finished 20th in the 400 at the Metropolitan Championships (1/25) in a time of 1:00.89 … Posted a season-best time of 59.45 in the 400 at the Armory Collegiate Open (2/1) and finished 71st … Ran a 26.76 in the 200 and finished 74th at the Armory and helped the 4x400 team to a 27th place finish in a time of 4:02.76 … Scored points for the Knights by helping the 4x400 team to an 8th place finish (4:04.60) at the Northeast Conference Championships (2/10) … Recorded a season-best time of 26.61 in the 200 at the NEC Championships during the prelims and ran the prelims of the 400 in a time of 59.88. 

2012 Cross Country: Ran at six meets for Fairleigh Dickinson with five of those being 5ks and one a 3k … Started the season at the Nassaney Invitational (9/8) and ran a 23:22.7 and finished 163rd … Dropped her time to a 21:43.0 at the Ted Owen Invitational (9/22) and came across the line in 85th … Finished 105th (21:10.9) at the Metropolitan Conference Championships (10/5) … Ran a season-best time of 21:13.8 and finished a season-best 55th at the Highlander Challenge (10/7) … At the CCSU Mini Meet—the only 3K of the season—ran a 12:36.0 and finished 111th … Finished 88th at the Northeast Conference Championships (10/27) in a time of 22:30.0 .

Easton Area: Ran four years of track and field for Tony Lattimore… Holds school record in the 500m with a time of 1:18… Part of the 4x100 team that set a school record in 48.27 to place fifth at the State Championships in 2012… Honored as Athlete of the Year by The Morning Call as a senior… Named Express-Times Athlete of the Week as a senior… Recognized as a First Team All-Lehigh Valley Conference selection during all four years with the Rovers… District XI Champion in the 400m in 2010 and 2012… Member of the Honor Roll…
