NEW BRITAIN, CONN. – FDU women's basketball (21-4, 12-0) will continue their 2026 conference stretch by heading to face CCSU (0-23, 0-12) on Saturday afternoon.
- The Knights come off a week-long break, last in action on Saturday, February 7 against Mercyhurst.
- FDU has won their last 13 straight, including an 84-64 win in their last time out against Mercyhurst.
- The Knights currently sit at 12-0 in NEC play, atop the NEC standings.
- Leah Crosby comes into Saturday as the reigning NEC Rookie of the Week after a 17 point, 11 rebound performance against Mercyhurst.
- FDU defeated CCSU 76-45 in their last meeting on January 22.
- Kailee McDonald led the way for the Knights in that win, scoring 18 points on six three-pointers.
- Three other Knights (Leah Crosby, Madlena Gerke, Rebecca Osei-Owusu) scored in double figures.
- Jessica Farrell led the way for the Blue Devils with ten points.
- CCSU enters the matchup hunting for their first win of the 2025-26 campaign.
- Lucia Noin and Kiyah Lewis lead the way for CCSU, each averaging upwards of 12.0 PPG.
- Jessica Farrell has hit another gear in conference play for CCSU, averaging 11.3 PPG against NEC opponents.
