• Jackson scored 12 second-half points, including four straight late to give FDU a 53–52 lead it held

• Mercyhurst missed a last-second three, and Cyril Martynov secured the rebound
• Martynov added an 11-point, 10-rebound double-double on 5–6 shooting; Joey Niesman had eight points and five assists
• FDU outscored Mercyhurst 32–18 in the paint and won the rebounding battle 35–23 (11 offensive)
