LEWISBURG, Pa. – Despite owning a majority of the chances in the second half, FDU (0-2, 0-0) was unable to equalize in a 2-1 loss at Bucknell (1-3, 0-0) on Sunday.

At the end of the first half the score was tied at 1-1 and shots were 7-3 in favor of Bucknell.
FDU spent a significant portion of the second stanza on the attacking foot. However, it was the Bison capitalizing on a counterattack to take the lead. Emma Gavin buried a chance from inside the box to put her team ahead 2-1 in the 63
rd minute.
The Knights spent the rest of the half generating chances but were unable to muster an equalizer. They finished the half with nine shots and four corners, but none resulted in a goal.
