TEANECK, N.J. – Women's tennis celebrated senior Gauri Bhagia and graduate student Mireia Turro earlier today in their first home outdoor dual at home. It was a quick day for the Knights, who lost to a tough UC Irvine team 4-1. Due to inclement weather, singles were played first and doubles was not completed. The sole FDU point came courtesy of sophomore Valentina Silva who defeated Emily Fowler 6-2, 7-5 for her fourth consecutive win.
 
The Knights continue action on March 30, when they return home for a conference matchup against Sacred Heart. Action is set to begin at 1:30 pm at the FDU Tennis Courts.
