BOGOTA, N.J. – Men's Tennis returned home to take on Binghamton in their second conference matchup of the 2024 campaign. Despite an early struggle in doubles, the Knights were able to comeback with a strong singles performance and win the dual 5-2. The sole doubles win came courtesy of partners
Arjun Sriram and
Gryffin Minor who defeated Andrew Fang and Filipe Costa 6-3.
On the singles side, the burgundy and blue were dominate, winning five of six matchups. Sophomore
Arjun Sriram came up big against Ronin Lotlikar, taking the first set tiebreaker 7-5 before clinching an easy 6-2 victory to win the match. Freshmen
Tauras Mickus and
Asaf Schwartz both saw their second conference singles victories, keeping them undefeated in NEC play.
The Knights return to action on March 1
st, heading to Staten Island to take on conference opponent Wagner. First serve is set for 12 p.m. at the CSI Indoor Tennis Bubble.
