HACKENSACK, N.J. – FDU closes their five-game homestand with a battle against Bloomfield on Wednesday, December 6th at 7 p.m. The Knights hope to leave Stratis Arena with a win before hitting the road for a two-game getaway.

LAST TIME OUT
The Knights last saw the court on Saturday against American. The Eagles came out on top with a 63-57 win against a FDU team that knocked down 14 three pointers. The Knights shot a respectable 19-for-41 (46.3%) from the field but it was not enough to beat the Eagles. The back-and-forth battle had eight lead changes. Nickie Carter and Abby Conklin each drilled five triples. Conklin, Wilma Sorensen, and Teneisia Brown all collected five boards.
BEHIND ENEMY LINES
The Bears come into this one with a 2-5 record. In their last contest, Bloomfield fell to Felician by a slim margin of 68-62. The Bears are averaging 60.7 points per game and are landing 33.2% of shots from the field. Bloomfield is shooting 33-for-138 (23.9%) from downtown.
SCOUT'S CORNER
The Knights will be keyed in on Bloomfield's Taneshia Tucker and Daniya Darby. Tucker averaged a team-leading 15 points per game and Darby grabs over five rebounds per contest.

Rookie head coach Anthony Green enters his first year with the Bears. He previously served as head coach at Essex County College where he led the Wolverines to two conference semi-final appearances.
