HACKENSACK, N.J. -- A Thursday afternoon matinee against Saint Peter's at 2 p.m. inside the Rothman Center concludes the non-conference portion of the Fairleigh Dickinson women's basketball team's schedule. The Knights will have off until December 29 when conference play starts at home against Robert Morris after Thursday.
QUICK HITTERS
Fairleigh Dickinson equals its win total from last season with its next win. FDU won its eighth and final game of last season at home against Central Connecticut, 77-64, on February 13. The Knights won their seventh game last season two days prior.

Fairleigh Dickinson suffered its worst loss in program history at Rutgers on Sunday, December 10, 101-35. The Scarlet Knights had four players in double figures, led by Tyler Scaife's 25 points.
Kamrin Weimer led the Knights with 12 points. Rutgers used four different scoring runs of 10-0 or more to take the doubt out of the game.
ABOUT SAINT PETER'S
The Peacocks have lost five straight contests and sit at 3-7 on the year. The five losses have at the hands of Saint Joseph's, St. Francis Brooklyn, UMass Lowell, UMass, and Yale. Saint Peter's and FDU share two common opponents in non-conference play. Both sides have faced NJIT and UMass Lowell. FDU is 2-0 against those teams while Saint Peter's is 1-1. Talah Hughes leads Saint Peter's in scoring at 10.8 per contest. The senior is also averaging six rebounds, 2.5 assists, 1.9 steals a block per game. Four other Peacocks are averaging over 7 points per game. Sajanna Bethea pulls down 7.4 rebounds per game, which leads the team. Sammy Lochner is handing out 3.1 assists per game.
