Fairleigh Dickinson volleyball team fell in straight sets (25-17, 25-13, 25-12) to the St. Francis Brooklyn Terriers on Friday night.

Koester dished out 11 assists to go along with seven digs to lead the Knights (5-23, 1-12 NEC), while the Terriers (8-20, 2-11 NEC) heavily featured

Each team won its home match 3-0 in the series between the squads this season.Â
The Terriers held a 16-13 lead in the opening set but went on a 4-0 spurt to take control of the frame. Â Back-to-back kills by freshmanÂ

Miljacic and sophomore Sidney Benson closed out the set for the home team as they took a 1-0 lead.
Trailing 12-9 in the second set the Knights were unable to take a lead as the Terriers used a 5-0 run to extend the lead to 17-9 after a service error. Â Consecutive kills by
Gligoric and a service error by the Knights resulted in a two-set lead for the home team.
The third set was all Terriers from the outset as they captured an 11-2 lead and never looked back. Gligoric finished with a .407 attack percentage in the win, while setter Nina Tiedt doled out 27 assists.
For the Knights, freshman
Nataliya Rybakova and sophomore
Abigail Strebig topped the scoresheet with five kills apiece. Sophomore
Erika Sullivan added a team-high three block assists to go along with four kills for the Knights in the contest.Â
The Knights are back in action tomorrow in Brooklyn when they close out the 2017 slate with LIU Brooklyn at 4:00 p.m.
