SOMERSET, N.J. – The Northeast Conference announced the Academic Honor Roll and Commissioner's Honor Roll on Thursday morning. Forty-three Fairleigh Dickinson University student-athletes from the fall season earned the honor roll nod by posting a 3.2 GPA or higher.

Additionally, sixteen Knights earned Commissioner's Honor Roll by posting cumulative grade-point averages above 3.75.

The full NEC Honor Roll consists of 680 student-athletes with a 3.20 or better grade point average, a 3.7 percent increase from 2015. There were also 225 student-athletes named to the Commissioner's Honor Roll, recognizing those superior student-athletes with a 3.75 or better grade point average. The Commissioner's Honor Roll figure represents a whopping 31.6 percent increase from a year. 
 
The Fairleigh Dickinson men's cross country team had two honorees and posted a cumulative team GPA of 2.69.
