Women's Basketball Hosts St. Francis Brooklyn Monday at 7 p.m.

HACKENSACK, N.J. - The Fairleigh Dickinson women's basketball team will try to win back-to-back NEC games on Monday night when the St. Francis Brooklyn Terriers come to the Stratis Arena inside the Rothman Center for a 7 p.m. clash.

QUICK HITTERS
The Knights held LIU Brooklyn to 46 points on Saturday. First time holding an NEC opponent under 50 since Bryant (43) back on 1/30/12
FDU had a season-high 18 assists v LIU Brooklyn; previous best was 15 v Longwood. 
For the second time in four games, FDU held its opponent under its scoring average; LIU Brooklyn averaged 53 and scored only 46 vs FDU. 
FDU and the other four home teams in the NEC on Saturday all won; 4 of those games were by double digits. 
FDU is averaging only 14.4 turnovers per game in NEC play, over 4 less than overall.

Amina Markovic had her second double-double of the season and her career with 14 points, 12 rebounds and added a career-high five assists. Kiana Brown added 14 points and six assists -- those tied a season-high. FDU forced 22 turnovers and scored 23 points off those LIU Brooklyn miscues. The Knights also dished out a season-high 18 assists.

ABOUT ST. FRANCIS BROOKLYN
The Terriers sit at 5-13 overall and 3-4 in NEC play. They are one game in front of FDU in the NEC standings in a tie for sixth. St. Francis Brooklyn has lost its last two games -- both at home -- to Sacred Heart and Mount St. Mary's. Olivia Levey leads the team at 12.3 points per game. The senior is second on the team on the glass at 5.8 per game. Maria Palarino leads in rebounding at 6.6 per game and is second in scoring at 10.7 this season.
