Box Score HACKENSACK, N.J. - Sacred Heart closed the second quarter on a 9-0 run to take a 34-28 lead into halftime and Fairleigh Dickinson could not recover as the Knights lost 80-65 on senior day at the Stratis Arena.
Fairleigh Dickinson (10-18, 7-8 NEC) got to within six, 39-33, with 6:36 to play in the third quarter after an

Livermore led all scorers with 23 points -- her 30th career game of 20 or more --, grabbed eight rebounds and blocked three shots. Fellow senior
Kelsey Cruz (Chester, Va./Lloyd C. Bird) was also in double figures with 16 points and a career-high five assists.
Madelynn Comly (Littlestown, Pa./Delone Catholic) had eight points and pulled down five rebounds.
The Knights led after the first quarter, 14-11, then the Pioneers used a 6-0 run to take a 17-16 lead. Fairleigh Dickinson took a one point lead at 20-19 -- off a Livermore jumper -- and at 26-25 -- after Cruz connected on a layup -- in the second quarter but those leads were short-lived.
Sacred Heart took the lead for good on its next possession when Adaysha Williams hit a three-pointer to make it 28-26. Williams finished with 13 points. Hannah Kimmel led the Pioneers with 16 points.
