HACKENSACK, N.J. - Non-conference play continues for the Fairleigh Dickinson women's basketball team around the Thanksgiving holiday when the Knights host Queens College on Wednesday night and the Air Force Academy on Saturday afternoon. 

HEY ITS FREE!
Fairleigh Dickinson athletics is offering free admission for all fans for the Queens College game on Wednesday at 7 p.m. at the Rothman Center. 

OPENING TIP
A three-game winning streak is in the cards for the Knights if they can beat Queens. FDU has not won three straight games since doing it twice in 2012-13. 

SERIES SCORE
Wednesday will be the 13th meeting between Queens and Fairleigh Dickinson. FDU has won 11 of the previous meetings 12 meetings, none have occurred since the 1986-87 season. 

LAST TIME OUT
FDU came back in the fourth quarter to beat NJIT, 66-61, on the road Wednesday night. Brianna Thomas recorded her third career double-double with 21 points -- nine of which came in the fourth -- and 10 rebounds. Lauren Francillon and Madelynn Comly were also in double figures with 13 and 11 respectively. The Knights hit 7-of-9 free throws in the fourth quarter to aid the comeback and allowed only 11 NJIT points in the final period.

BACK-TO-BACK WINS
The Knights' win over NJIT was their second in a row in non-conference play, which is something the Knights had not done since the 2014-15. 

NEC TOURNAMENT
The Knights have made the NEC Tournament in back-to-back seasons and in six of the last nine years. FDU will try to make it back to the NEC Tournament for the third year in a row, which would be a first under Peter Cinella.  

NO SLOW START...
The Knights are off to a 2-1 start for the first time since 2010-11. That was also the last time that FDU won three of its first five games in a season.

FDU has committed the fewest turnovers per game in the NEC so far this season at 14 a contest. They are also first in turnover margin at 5. The Knights have committed the second-fewest turnovers in the NEC with 28.

CLEANING THE GLASS
FDU is first in the NEC in hitting the offensive glass. FDU grabs 19 OREB per game, which also ranks them 28th nationally.
