HACKENSACK, N.J. – The Fairleigh Dickinson volleyball team is on the road this weekend with a pair of contests at Central Connecticut and Bryant.
 
The Knights are coming off a five-set thriller win over Saint Francis U on Sunday. They are currently 2-18 overall and 1-3 in the Northeast Conference.
 
On Saturday, Fairleigh Dickinson faces off with the Blue Devils of Central Connecticut at 1 p.m. CCSU is 8-7 overall and 3-0 in conference play. The Blue Devils are coming off a 3-0 conference win over Bryant last Friday. They have also beaten both Robert Morris and Saint Francis U, 3-2.
 
The Knights battle Bryant on Sunday, also at 1 p.m. The Bulldogs are 11-10 overall and 2-1 in the NEC. Bryant is coming off a 3-2 win over UMass Lowell on Wednesday in non-conference action. They will play Sacred Heart on Saturday before facing Fairleigh Dickinson on Sunday. Bryant has beaten Robert Morris and Saint Francis U, both 3-1.
 
Sophomore Rebecca Sabol (Dublin, Ohio/Dublin Coffman) currently leads the Knights with 162 kills on the season and 2.38 kills per set. Freshman Kirstin Trabert (Corona, Calif./Norco) has a team-leading 480 assists and Carly O'Sullivan (Bogota, N.J./Bogota) leads with 310 digs. Trabert also has 20 service aces on the year.
